Magazines have influenced the culture of the USA by allowing everyone to be up to date on anything that they are interested in. Also, they serves as an opportunity for young people to begin to learn about what is going on in the adult world at any given time. Finally, magazines are an entertaining source of information that anyone can enjoy to read more than they would a deep nonfiction book.
ReplyDeleteNot much, because not many people still read magazines anymore because of the rise in laptops and PCs not many people still go out and buy magazines any more. This is also the case with newspaper as well. But the little influence that magazines do have on us is that they usually try to get you to buy something right on the front or it just trys to tell you about people and there lives.

ReplyDeleteI think that magazines have positive and negative influences on the culture in the USA. Magazines have negative influences because they can put a bad idea in peoples heads and prevent growth in the USA. Magazines can have a positive influence on the culture in the USA because of the new ideas and arts they can spread, and how they can educate us on new things so we can grow as a country.
